Delivery, refunds and billing.
Check your spam and promotions folders first, the email carries a link and filters sometimes hold it. It usually lands within 30 minutes and at the latest within 24 hours. If nothing turns up, email info@wearlylabs.com and we will resend it or refund you.
If you paid and the report has not been delivered yet, email us and we refund you in full. Once it is in your inbox there is nothing to give back, so we do not refund delivered reports as a rule. But if yours did not arrive, is incomplete, the images failed, or something in it is clearly wrong, we will regenerate it, fix it, or refund you. We read every message and we would rather refund you than argue.
Yes. $29 once, for one report. No subscription, no trial that converts, no auto-renew and no upsell.
You buy directly from us: Wearly Labs is operated by Bohuslav Poláček, Reg. No. 08831980, VAT ID CZ0011043648, Dobré 13, 517 93 Dobré, Czech Republic. The card payment itself is processed by Stripe, and a payment receipt arrives by email right after you pay. If you need a formal invoice, email info@wearlylabs.com and we will send one.
