1. Who you are buying from

Wearly Labs is operated by Bohuslav Poláček, Dobré 13, 517 93 Dobré, Czech Republic. Reg. No. 08831980, VAT ID CZ0011043648. Contact: info@wearlylabs.com.

You buy directly from us. The card payment itself is processed by Stripe, which handles your card details on its own systems, so we never see them. These terms apply to the purchase, to the analysis and to the page we host for you.

2. What you get

Your own page on Wearly Labs, and a key that opens it. We email you the key. There is no account to create and no password to remember.

On that page you get:

• Your color season and the palette that goes with it.
• A verdict on each of 50 colors, with the reasoning.
• Your body type and the cuts that suit it.
• Six outfit images built from your colors and your cuts.
• A Markdown style profile you can download and give to an AI assistant.

The outfit images are generated. They illustrate your colors and your cuts, and they are not photographs of you and not photographs of real garments you can go and buy.

3. Price and tax

29 USD, one payment. The price is final: what the checkout shows is what your card is charged, and nothing is added on top of it.

There is no subscription, no trial that converts, no auto renewal and no upsell. You pay once and that is the end of it. Keeping your page open costs nothing further, now or later.

4. Delivery

You pay after you complete the questionnaire, not before. We then build your analysis and email your key to the address you gave us, usually within ten minutes and at the latest within 24 hours.

Delivery is complete when your key has been sent and your page opens with it.

If 24 hours pass and nothing arrived, check your spam folder first, then email info@wearlylabs.com and we will sort it out.

5. Your key, and keeping it safe

Your key is what proves the page is yours. There is no password, which means we never hold one of yours, and it also means the key is the whole of the lock.

• Treat it like a password. Anyone you give it to can open your page and read everything on it.
• We treat whoever presents your key as you. We cannot tell the difference, and we will not try to.
• Lost it? Email us from the address you bought with and we will send it again.
• Think someone else has it? Email us and we will issue a new key and retire the old one, so the old link stops working.
• Do not publish your key, post it, or put it anywhere a search engine can reach it.

6. How long your page stays available

Your key does not expire and your page has no end date. You paid once, and access is not going to be moved behind a subscription or a renewal later. That is a commitment, not a current intention.

We are a small company, so here is the honest version of what that is worth. We cannot promise to exist forever, and a promise we cannot keep is not worth reading. What we can promise is this:

• If we ever have to shut the service down, we will email everyone whose page is still open, at the address they bought with, at least 90 days before it closes.
• Your page stays fully working for that whole notice period, so you have three months to save what you want.
• We will never charge you for access you have already paid for, including during that period.
• Short interruptions for maintenance or for something breaking are not a shutdown, and we fix those as fast as we can.

Download your Markdown profile. It is on your page, on the Connect to AI tab, and it takes one click. It is generated in your browser, so the copy you save is yours outright, on your own machine, whatever happens to us afterwards. If you only do one thing after reading this section, do that.

7. Cancellation and your right to withdraw

What you buy is digital content, made for you and supplied immediately after payment, and not on any physical medium.

Under EU law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied straight away, that right ends once it has been supplied, but only if two things are true: you expressly asked us to start immediately, and you acknowledged that you lose your right to withdraw once your analysis is delivered.

You do both by ticking the box on the payment screen, which states them in those words, and the purchase cannot be completed without it. You accept these terms with the same tick, so this clause is part of what you agreed to.

If you have paid and your analysis has not been supplied yet, the right is still alive and you can still withdraw. Email info@wearlylabs.com and we will refund you in full, with no questions.

Once your page is open, section 8 applies instead.

8. If something goes wrong

We do not offer refunds on delivered analyses as a matter of routine, because there is nothing to hand back. But we do not hide behind that either, and it does not touch your statutory rights.

You are entitled to get what you paid for, and to keep getting it. Because your page is something we supply over time rather than once, we are answerable for it for the whole time you have it, not only on the day it arrived. If your page stops opening, renders wrong, loses a section, or never arrived at all, tell us and we will put it right. If we cannot put it right in a reasonable time, you are entitled to a reduction in the price or to your money back.

The same goes for the analysis itself. If the images failed, if something in it is plainly wrong, or if it simply does not describe you, email info@wearlylabs.com. We will look at it, regenerate it, correct it, or refund you. We read every message ourselves and we would rather refund you than argue.

None of this limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

9. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older. The photos you upload must be of you. Do not upload photos of anyone else, including children. If we find out that an analysis was ordered for or by a minor, or with someone else’s photos, we delete the data and refund the payment.

10. What the analysis is, and what it is not

Wearly Labs is a styling analysis. It is an informed opinion produced by a scoring engine built on established systems, seasonal color analysis and the Kibbe method, and it is meant to help you dress better.

It is not a medical, dermatological, psychological or professional consultation, and it is not a guarantee of any outcome. Photo quality, lighting and the answers you give all affect the result, which is why we tell you when a photo is not good enough.

11. Your content and ours

Your photos and answers stay yours. You give us permission to use them only to produce your analysis, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your analysis is yours to keep and use however you like, including sharing it with an AI assistant or with a stylist, and including the outfit images. What stays ours is the method, the scoring rules, the knowledge base, the page itself and its design. Do not resell your analysis, republish it as your own product, or use it to build a competing service.

12. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, scrape, overload or reverse engineer the service, and do not try keys that are not yours. Do not use it to analyze someone who has not agreed to it. We can refuse or cancel an order if we believe it breaks these terms, and in that case we refund it.

13. Liability

We do our best to deliver an accurate, useful analysis, but we cannot promise a specific result. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot be limited by law, including death, personal injury or fraud.

14. Changes

To these terms. We can update them. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought. Material changes get announced on the site.

To your page. Your page is something we keep running, so it will change: we fix things, we improve how the analysis is presented, and we keep it working on new browsers and new devices. We will only change it for a good reason, it will never cost you anything, and your verdict does not get rewritten underneath you. If we ever make a change that makes your page materially worse for you, we will tell you beforehand and you can end the contract over it, free of charge, within 30 days.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you keep the protections that are mandatory under the law of the country where you live, and nothing here takes those away. If you are a consumer outside the EU, the same principle applies: we do not ask you to give up a protection your own law gives you.

If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you can turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Česká obchodní inspekce, which handles out of court consumer disputes for Czech traders. Details at adr.coi.cz.

16. Gifts

You can buy an analysis for somebody else at wearlylabs.com/gift. What you buy is a gift code: it covers one full analysis, works once, and is valid for 6 months from the day you buy it. We email it to the person you name, right away and with your words if you add any, or to you, to pass on however you like.

The person who redeems the code becomes our customer for their analysis, and sections 2 to 15 apply to them from that moment. They fill in the questionnaire themselves and the page is theirs. You do not see their answers, their photos or their result, and we will not show them to you.

A gift code is not consumed by being sent, so your right to withdraw under section 7 is not affected by it: for 14 days after the purchase you can cancel and be refunded in full, as long as the code has not been used. Once it has been used, the analysis has been delivered and the code cannot be refunded. A code that expires unused is not refunded either, the same as any voucher.

If we stop offering the analysis before a code you bought has expired, and the code is still unused, we refund it in full. We will write to the address you bought it with.
