Body type analysis

Body type analysis, and the cuts that follow from it

Wearly Labs reads your proportions from your own photos and answers, names your body shape, hourglass, pear, rectangle, inverted triangle or apple, and tells you which cuts work with it and which work against it. One payment of $29.

What body shape analysis measures

Body shape analysis is not about your weight. It reads where your frame actually carries its width: how your shoulders, waist and hips relate to each other, and whether the volume sits up top, down low, or through the middle.

That lands you on one shape, never somewhere between two. Hourglass, pear, rectangle, inverted triangle or apple, and for men triangle, trapezoid, rectangle, inverted triangle or oval. Your answers decide it, not the photographs, for the reason the engine's rules spell out: a photo of a clothed body cannot measure a circumference.

Your proportions also barely change, which is why reading them once is worth more than redoing it every time a trend turns over. The frame is the constant. The clothes are the variable, and they are the half you can fix.

Your shape, in words you already know

Your report opens with your shape, because it is the part you can use straight away. It says where your volume sits and what a garment has to even out, in a word you do not have to look up.

It is picked by a deterministic scoring engine, not by an AI improvising, and it comes with the evidence: which of your answers decided it, and how sure the engine was allowed to be given what you gave it.

Underneath, a second layer decides the actual cuts: the Kibbe method, which judges whether your clothes should run sharp or soft, structured or fluid. Your report carries it as its own short section for readers who use the system.

What you get

Every verdict comes with its reasoning, so you can tell when a rule applies to the garment in front of you and when it does not. The report lands as a PDF, usually within thirty minutes, alongside a Markdown profile for any AI assistant.

No studio, no appointment, no stranger with a tape measure. A few clear photos taken at home, and where one is ambiguous your own answers take priority. Your photos are deleted after your report is generated, usually within fifteen minutes and always within 24 hours, and they are never used to train AI models.
